Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Michelle Francoise and I design jewelry and accessories. I work out of my home studio in Thornhill (Toronto), Ontario, Canada, where I come up with my best work.

My mission is to offer my clients beautiful jewelry that stands out and gets noticed!

I use a wide range of materials from ribbon and feathers to metals & stones. Each piece of jewelry is made from care and time in my workshop. I have great passion for anything creative and I love what I do.

Michelle Françoise is a Jewelry Designer from Toronto, Ontario. She graduated from Humber College in 2001 from the Multi-media Design and Production Technician program. For several years, Michelle worked as a Facilitiator and Training & Development Designer for a large Financial company in Toronto before relocating to Thornhill, to begin helping her husband with his businesses. She spends her free time researching new fashion ideas, creating new jewelry pieces, web designing and bloging about training topics. Michelle has displayed her jewelry work in a few local Toronto craft shows and looks forward to doing more shows in the future.

Policies:
I use Canada Post for all of my shipments.

Shipping charges for Canada and the USA are as follows:
Order total $0 - $25 = $10.00 / $25 - $50 = $15.00 / $50 - &75 = $18.00 / $75 - $100 = $20.00. Orders over $100 = FREE SHIPPING!

Shipping charges for all other destinations are as follows:
Order total $0 - $50 = $15.00 / $50 - $100 = $20.00

All orders over $100 = FREE SHIPPING!

All shipping charges can be viewed before completing payment.
Tracking and insurance are included on all Canadian orders. If you would like to include tracking and insurance on any other order please contact me.
I will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen orders.

Returns & Exchanges:

All returns and exchanges must happen within 7-days of receiving your order.
Exchanges must be unused and unopened. I will offer a refund only if the product is damaged or defective.
All return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Unfortunately, I do not refund shipping charges.
